NOTE    All classes require paper scissors, cloth scissors, extra machine needles, rulers, sewing machine and manual, walking foot, open toe foot, rotary cutter and mat.  Materials and other supplies for the class are listed in the class description.

Turned Machine Applique
Saturday March 25th
The machine applique everyone is chattering about is on once again!  Learn to do Turned applique on your machine to look just like handwork.  A notions kit is required for class for an additional $24.  The kit has all the notions you need for several projects.  Fabric for this technique is included in the class fee.  This wonderful small project kit is available for purchase as well.
An open toe foot for your machine is required for this class.

Beginner Class  Lesson 3
Saturday April 1
2 to 4
Our beginner lessons focus on how to set up and use our machine, safely use a  rotary cutter and accurate measuring using our ruler.   You will also learn how to perfect a quarter inch seam which all help to build overall sewing confidence.  Classes will be limited to 4.

Beginner Wool Applique
Saturday April 8
 This awesome Folk art pillow of flannel and wool is a very easy pattern to follow and is perfect for anyone wanting to learn the art of wool applique.  You can choose your own project to bring to class or we offer the kit for this project.  We will supply your needle and floss for the technique part of this class but if you want to start your own project please bring your own floss for the project.

Learn Machine Cross Hatching
Saturday April 22
 Cross Hatch is a must learn for quilters.  It offers a diverse way to enhance small project and an easy way to organize and quilt a larger one.  Our method of teaching this technique is not unique, but the one we found to be the easiest to learn with the most accurate results.   Materials for this project are included in the class fee.
 A walking foot for your machine is required for this class.
