Block of the Month Subscription Agreement

When you sign up for a block of the month, you are registering for the entire program. Once registered, you are committed to the entire block of the month program, with no cancellation or refund. All sales are final.

• You will be required to maintain a credit card on file with Meeting House Fabric. This will insure that a monthly kit is reserved just for you. It also assures the shop that you have joined the BOM in good faith and will pay for all your supplies until the project is over. Meeting House Fabric purchases all the product for the BOMs ahead of time. This is a courtesy for both parties. Should you still wish to cancel your subscription, you will be billed, in full, the amount remaining on your BOM subscription.

• Each month, you will be charged the set fee and the kit for your BOM will be mailed to you (or you may pick it up at the shop on the mail-out date).

• At the end of the total months, you will have all the supplies and fabric to complete your quilt top.

• All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• BOM PROGRAMS ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
